widget to pause current live source
pqPauseLiveSourcePropertyWidget can be added to a property on any source that is a "live source" i.e. has the <LiveSource> XML hint. This will add a button to the UI that allows the user to pause the current live source.
If the <LiveSource> hint has emulated_time attribute, this widget also add controls for emulated time, such as play/pause timer and reset timer to start. Note that these controls will impact all emulated time algorithms.
