0007110: Component selector on toolbar does not change color range

Description

When you are viewing a vector as colors on a surface and change the component that you are showing from the toolbar or display panel, the range of colors is not properly updated. To replicate:

1. Load disk_out_ref. Turn on all variables.
2. Select V as the scalars to color by (component=Magnitude).
3. Turn on the color bar visibility. Note the range (0:22.4).
4. Change the component of the vector to 0 using either the toolbar or the display panel. The range changes to -19.95:22.42.
5. Change the component back to Magnitude. The range remains at -19.95:22.42.

If you go to the color scale editor dialog box and change the component from there, the range updates properly.
