Summary0014287: Find Data dialog spreadsheet not updated when time changes
DescriptionShowing an interactive selection in the Find Data dialog's spreadsheet is awesome. One problem I have found, though, is that the data in the spreadsheet is not properly updated when time changes. To replicate this problem, do the following.

1. Open can.ex2. Load all variables. Apply.
2. Use the Select Cells Through tool to select some cells in the body of the can.
3. Open the Find Data dialog. Dialog is populated with proper data.
4. Play or go to last time step.

At this point the data in the Find Data dialog should have a different set of cells selected and, if any are still selected, the EQPS value should be positive. However, the data does not change. Note, though, that if you close the dialog and reopen it, the values get updated.

    BUG 0014287: Fix find-data not updating with time changes.
    
    Ensure that pqFindDataCurrentSelectionFrame updates the spreadsheet whenever the
    data pipeline is updated for the seleceted port.
    
    Also fixed logic in vtkSMProxy which was resulting in duplicate firing of
    vtkCommand::UpdateDataEvent event if the UpdateDataEvent callback resulted in
    calls to request further updates to the pipeline e.g. render some other view.
