Summary0009088: transform filter unavailable with Rectilinear Grid
DescriptionI have data in rectilinear grid format (.vtr). I need to scale in the z direction, but transform filter is grayed out for this type of grid. I also can not use calculator to scale coordinate results.

I note the transform filter is available and does seem to work if I write my data in Structured Grid format. I would like to have rectilinear grid since files are much smaller.
