Summary0006572: Add python macro menu
DescriptionIt would be really cool to have a python macro menu. The user could create a directory in which he stores some (servermanager) python files. When paraview starts, it could find these files and add them to a menu. When the user selects a macro from the menu, it would be executed in the current interp.
