Summary0016037: Crash when Adjust Camera dialog left open when loading new state file
DescriptionSteps to reproduce:

- Launch paraview (builtin server)
- Add Sphere.
- Click Adjust Camera button
- Under custom, click "Configure".
- For button 1, click "current view" button. Click OK.
- Leave the Adjust Camera dialog open.
- File -> Save State..
- Reset the connection
- Load the state file just saved
- In the Adjust Camera dialog, click the "1" button.
- Crash in pqCameraDialog::applyCustomView
