DescriptionThe color legend disappears. Here is how to repeatably replicate this bug.

Linux, 4.2.0, remote server (8 pvservers).
Sources/ Cylinder. Apply.
Color by Normals. Color legend appears (as it should)
Color by TCoord. Color legend remains visible (as it should).
Color by Normals. Color legend disappears. This is a bug.

This must be fixed for 4.3

 Unable to reproduce with v4.2.0-133-g7e996c8. Looks like this was fixed since 4.2.
