Summary

0014116: paraview won't read ensight gold case files properly.

Description

The ensight readers will read a case file that looks like
...
TIME
time set: 1
number of steps: 5
filename numbers: 10005 10010 10015 10020 10025
time values: 0.0 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.4

but not in the new gold format:
TIME
time set: 1
number of steps: 187
filename numbers file: cyl_desFlow.numbers
time values file: cyl_desFlow.time

Where the two files have the iteration numbers and time numbers.
