[Paraview] cell vector data: glyphs?

Hi,

when displaying the glyphs of a vector field that is defined in the
points mesh, everything looks fine.
However, if the vector field is *cell*-based, what's the correct way
to produce the glyphs here?
I put a minimalistic example with the field (1,1,1) defined in both
points and cells at http://win.ua.ac.be/~nschloe/other/glyphs.vtu.
