[Paraview] run-time error in pvserver 3.14.1 when built from source

Looks like your server side X-window resolution is smaller than the client
side window. What is the maximum X resolution on the cluster nodes?

2> No volume issue:

Are you seeing an outline? In that case, I believe what's happening is
ParaView is doing local rendering and since ParaView doesn't deliver the
full image data to the client, its simply rendering the outline. Try
forcing remote rendering by setting "Remote Render Threshold" to 0 under
Edit | Settings | Render View | Server page.
