PDF3D is a commercial plugin, made by a company not affiliated with
Kitware. Citing from http://www.pdf3d.com/paraview_pdf3d_plugin.php:
"The ParaView PDF3D Plugin is part of the PDF3D suite of products."
You'll need to buy it at
