[Paraview] Q-criterion still wrong ?

Good morning,

I have just found the following bug report about a mistake in the
Q-criterion formula.

that is now closed.

However, the "1/2" factor may still be missing.
In vtkGradientFilter.cxx, in the VTK/Grahpics directory, on the line 65, t1
should be divided by 2. (Paraview 3.14.1)

Should I re-open the bug report ?
