[Paraview] Paraview Development installation

David, many thanks for the information!

The information at http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_Binaries is a 
bit incomplete, where at least Open-MPI 1.4.3 was missing from the list 
for ParaView 3.10. But the SuperBuild is very convenient indeed, since 
it looks like it has everything!

I'll reply back as soon as I have things going!
