[Paraview] ParaView 3.12.: Loading of *.bqrc plugins fails

Hello,

I do not know, which way is the more efficient to report a bug in the recent ParaView 3.12. version (Win64) - mailing list or bug report at mantis !?

There seems to be a bug in loading QT resource files as plugins in ParaView 3.12 (seen in the Windows 64bit version).
I tried to load 2 different bqrc files which both worked in version 3.10.

To repeat the described failure one could try the bqrc file from the directory /Examples/Plugins/HelixSource.
