[Paraview] VTK_Edge for LIC

Hi Bastil,

if you see the filter "LIC on 2D image", etc. then the plugin is loaded
correctly. To visualize a LIC on a surface, you have to apply the
Extract Surface filter (DataSetSurfaceFilter) on it first. Then you
should be able to select LIC as representation form. Obviously this only
works, if a vector quantity is available on the surface.
