[Paraview] Slicing options - between set X/Y point limits

The slice filter does not have that option. However, you can achieve
something similar by first creating a plane (use the Plane source and
the Transform filter to get it to be the right size, resolution and
orientation) and the  using the Resample with Dataset filter.
