[Paraview] Hanging nodes, celltypes and BC?

If I convert a Fluent mesh with hanging nodes it represents cells with hanging 
nodes as a vtkConvexPointSet. This is using the EnSight Gold format however, I 
have no idea how this case is handled in native VTK files.
