[Paraview] Building the current cvs / utf8.h not found

As a precaution, I recommend having a ~/.cvsrc file with a line like "update -d -P" so that will not happen in the future.

Thanks, all. That was it. I forgot that because I mostly use cvs
through a GUI and this time I did just a

cvs up

from a command window.

I have been doing a lot of

git pull

from linux lately so I forgot the cvs options are needed to get new folders..
