[Paraview] Custom Panel still not recognized

Have you looked at ParaView3/Examples/Plugins/GUIObjectPanel?
You're not getting the default panel anymore.. that's a sign that some of your 
code is now being called.  But did you give the correct string in the 
constructor of the pqLoadedFormObjectPanel?
