[Paraview] Problems combining Qt and VTK

Hi all,

as part of my thesis i'm developing a gui combining qt and vtk in order to
visualize some models and interact with them. Now, having the basic
functionality (load model, rendering and manipulating in a certain way) of
the program already done i get several problems when i  unload a first model
and load a new one. This happens mostly when the file dialog opens and the
program crashes afterwards with a bus error.

Totalview shows the following:

Error in NSOutlineView _delayedFreeRowEntryFreeList]

or

Error in _objc_msgSend

Does anyone have an idea what could produce these errors?
