[Paraview] cannot start Paraview

Hi,
I'm a new user of Paraview (paraview.app-3.2.1) Previously I could start
Paraview and saw the GUI on both PC and Mac. But now,  when I double click
Paraview, I always see the following error message: ASSERT failure in
QList<T>:: operator[]: "index out of range", file
c:\qt\4.2.3\include\qtcore\../../src/corelib/tools/qlist.h, line 376.
This applies to both PC and Mac.

Could anyone help me with this situation? Thanks a lot!
