[Paraview] vtkPython & pvPython

[Berk Geveci]

My guess is that this happens because, by default, VTK is compiled
with Cocoa whereas ParaView is compiled with Carbon. It has to be this
way for now because Qt is based on Carbon. It will change when Qt is
over Cocoa.
