[Paraview] CVS not installing pvpython

Below is basically what I do.  The binaries though need rpaths set to 
the appropriate /usr/lib[64]/paraview[-mpi] directory in order to work 
because they are not in the default linker path (and they can't be or 
you won't be able to switch between the two).
