[Paraview] ParaView 3-1-0 Building on OS X

On Mac OS X, what are the magic settings to get ParaView 3.1.0 (3-1-0  
Branch) to compile?

What version of cmake?
What version of Qt (4.2.3) as frameworks or Dylibs?

I ask because of this error:

Linking CXX shared library ../../bin/libpqWidgets.dylib
ld: Undefined symbols:
_HIViewGetWindow
_HIViewSetNeedsDisplay
_HIWindowFlush
/usr/bin/libtool: internal link edit command failed
make[2]: *** [bin/libpqWidgets.dylib] Error 1
make[1]: *** [Qt/Widgets/CMakeFiles/pqWidgets.dir/all] Error 2

Doing a verbose make it looks like the standard Apple frameworks are  
missing from the link command.
