[Paraview] Paraview 3: Ensight Case File

Hi Rick,

Thanks for sending me a dataset that demonstrates this problem. The 
EnSight readers in ParaView didn't know how to handle elements of type 
g_*. This will be fixed in the next release of ParaView 3.
