[Paraview] Paraview 3: Ensight Case File

Hi Rick,

The problem is not with the case file, but one of the geometry (.geo) or 
variable (chunk0.*) files may be causing ParaView to crash. If you can 
send me the geometry and variable files for the first time step, I'll be 
glad to look into it.
