[Paraview] how to get the file name used in the current frame of an annimation?

Hi, I have a time series and I am using paraview to animate it. I am using a 
legacy vtk unstructured grid(or poly data depending on pre vis processing) 
for each time step. How can I add an annotation with the file name used in 
the current frame??

is there some way to do it using a tcl statement??
