[Paraview] Paraview-3.0.2's GUI

I am trying the version 3.02 under Linux x86 ( with kde 3.3.0) and I 
face a gui with enormous characters. I tried to navigate through the 
various tabs (of paraview) but it's impossible, for me, to find the 
necessary button to click on.

How may I do to modify the size of the fonts and/or the icons of the 
paraview's gui??
