[Paraview] PV_PLUGIN_PATH for Windows

We are building plugins and running ParaView 3 on both Windows and linux. Using PV_PLUGIN_PATH works fine on linux - the plugins are auto-loaded - but doesn't seem to work on Windows. Is this something you are working on or should it be working currently if I do everything right?
