[Paraview] MPEG not working on OS X

Turns out that you need at least some sort of MPEG-2 playback component for
OS X. This is NOT included in the base system install. In my case I happened
to have purchased the Quicktime MPEG-2 playback component from Apple ($20)
and just needed to install the intel version (PPC version came over from an
install).
  So after installing that I could see the movies that Paraview created just
fine.
