[Paraview] Run Problem using Viaual Studio 8.0

Hi Andrew,

Please update your ParaView 2.4 CVS repository 
and try building again.  I checked in changes 
this afternoon to that CVS branch that should fix 
your build problems.  Please let us know if you encounter more problems.
