[Paraview] Help! Paraview keeps crashing out with X Error on Mac Powerbook G4

    Yep, I have the same problem. I am running OS X 10.4.6 Intel and  
OS X 10.4.6 PPC. Both crash out of X in about that same spot. I at  
least used to be able to run the binaries from Paraview.org, but not  
any more.
    Trying to build on OS X 10.4.x will not work either. It will  
successfully compile, but not work. I tried compiling with GCC 4 and  
GCC 3. I tried running PPC binaries on Intel hardware hoping that  
Rosetta would kick in.. Nothing I have tried works.
    The only know working solution is Paraview 2.2.1 running on OS X  
10.3.9. That was the last time I had anything working on Mac Hardware.
