[Paraview] paraview and qt/python

Hi,

I am working on an opensource software plateform (see 
salome-plateform.org) in which we would like to include a better 
visualisation module. We are interested by Paraview for its many features 
and strong support community, but our choice have been made for qt as GUI 
library and python for scripting.
Is there anybody trying to port the client to qt, and is there some 
documentation on the pvpython module?
