[Paraview] Linking error in building CVS ParaView on Windows XP, Vis Studio, WITH SHARED LIBs ON (off is ok)

vtkSMDataObjectDisplayProxy::UseCache

is not found during link step, causing build to fail.  I checked the 
cmake files and they looked ok.  Because this error only occurs when I 
tried to build it with SHARED LIBs ON, I am content to be patient.
