[Paraview] Delaunay3D

Is there any plan to incorporate the Delaunay3D filter into the paraview ?

I have a structure with only the boundary mesh data available.
I have results for many interior points but with no mesh.
In order to use the viz tools (isosurface, plane contours, cutter)  I need 
to have a mesh, right?
What would be the best way to do this. I was considering using
Delaunay3D..is there any other filters available.
