[Paraview] Batch script

This option has been replaced by a separate "pvbatch" executable that 
you can use to run the batch scripts.  The idea is that this executable 
does not need to link to all the same GUI libraries that the main 
paraview executable must.

If you follow the "Documentation" link from www.paraview.org you will 
find a book "ParaView Guide" that is written for version 1.8.
