[Paraview] Cut Offset Values

Hello,

I try to use Cut Offset values to define multiple cut spheres with centered shifted.
As it's explain page 219 of "The ParaView Guide" but I can't.
The cut planes are Ok but not the Cut spheres.

Is it a definition or visualisation problem ?
Could you explain me which parameter change between 2 "multiple cuts" ? (For the cut plane, it's the center)
