[Paraview] Animating All Data Time Steps

I would agree, that frame rate and duration don't make much sense when
in the 'sequence' mode. Perhaps, when in 'Sequence' mode, grey out
duration and frame rate as they are no longer applicable. Or better
still do not have duration and frame rate even show up when in sequence
mode. 

90% use case for Sandians:
1) Open data
2) Flip through all the time steps
3) Save animation (1 frame per time step)

Since this is the top use case it should be 'brain-dead' and no
additional options should show up unless the user switches to
'realtime'.
