vtk5.0's setup cannot create include and lib directory including all files(.h)(*.lib). Why? And How can I install in Window XP Sever and .NET 2003 version?

How do I include Lex and Yacc programs in a library using CMake? Do I need to use ADD_DEPENDENCIES?

Does current edition of Cmake(2.4.7) fully support the VS2005? After I running the Cmake program, it always pops out the dialog window that "Cmake error: the cl.exe of VS2005 can not compile a simple test program." Can you tell me what should I do?
