SILO Reader (Pat)
Finished version that works with VisIt example data. Need to collaborate with someone who actually generates SILO data from parallel simulations. Alen Scott will try to find data and users.

MARS issues
Lots of memory on node 0 used when lots of processes. Using a mode with big memory makes things go much faster. There are also further major problems when loading a state file.
