ParaView to svn?

The migration of ParaView to svn is blocked on a bunch of interdependencies. A lot of people are waiting for something to happen with each other, and no one is doing anything.

Berk will discuss this with Brad and Bill to find a path forward.

MARS issues

Checked in a fix for duplicate time steps in animation.

Dave will be looking at debugging output added by Kitware soon.

Need ability to merge 3 scalers in SPCTH file into vector. Dave Cole will look at this.
