Summary0009089: Extract Block fails when used with temporal data
DescriptionA user discovered that the Extract Block filter can fail when you attach to it a filter that requests multiple time steps. It appears that the executive fails to iterate the call over each time step. To replicate, do the following.

1. Load can.ex2. Apply.
2. Add the Extract Block filter. Select a block. Apply.
3. Add the Temporal Interpolator filter to Extract Block. Apply.

When you hit apply for the Temporal Interpolator filter, you get a lot of the following error and no data.

ERROR: In /Users/kmorel/src/ParaView3/VTK/Filtering/vtkDemandDrivenPipeline.cxx, line 828
vtkCompositeDataPipeline (0x28e25960): Input for connection index 0 on input port index 0 for algorithm vtkExtractBlock(0x28e25270) is of type vtkTemporalDataSet, but a vtkMultiBlockDataSet is required.
