Summary0008892: File series reader always adds time, even for one file
DescriptionWhen loading a file through the file series reader like the native VTK files, time is always reported regardless of whether it makes sense. If you are really only reading in one file, and that file has no time associated with it, then there is no point in actually reporting time. In fact, it has negative effects on the animation functions that want to use that time for the time range.

.vtk files without time, along with can.exo, seem to work correctly. I assume that this works, also depending on Ken's testing.

Tested local client.
