|Summary||0004939: Dump old exodus reader|
|Description||Dave Thomposon has written a new exodus reader (heavily based on the old one) that has the very important functionality of reading edge and face sets.|
Rather than support two separte exodus readers, we should just dump one and use the other exclusively.

As we consolidate our Exodus readers, we need to make sure that we have all the functionality of the new variables, sets, and maps. That is, get back the functionality requested in bug 0004601. So, the reader should:
* Be registered for .exii file extensions (in addition to all the others already registered).
* Support all the new sets, blocks, and maps.
In addition, we need to make the GUI be responsive to these new types. There needs to be icons for edges and faces that differ from nodes and sides. These icons also need to be applied anywhere in all the lists for which they are applied (blocks, sets, set results, and maps).

|I still need to resize some of the widgets in the exodus panel, but I'll create a separate bug for that...|
