Summary0015915: Cosmetic : TimeStep X of Y , shift.
Descriptionin ParaView, Timestep are numbered as X from 0 to Y-1, then the display "timestep X of Y" is always incorrect, never reaching the "last" timestep.

Paraview should display the Y timesteps : "timestep X of Y-1"

 This is a duplicate of 15917 ( that I just created). Since 15917 is what we want (incorporating this bug's ideas), and includes additional fixes/enhancements, I am closing this one.
