Summary0015623: pvserver is not correctly handling default plugins in PV_PLUGIN_PATH
DescriptionWhen starting pvserver with PV_PLUGIN_PATH pointing to ./lib, the plugin window display strange results.

How to reproduce ( with clean registery) :
PV_PLUGIN_PATH=./lib ./bin/pvserver &
PV_PLUGIN_PATH=./lib ./bin/paraview

connect to server, plugin manager shows up with error.
