Summary0014614: report whether we have numpy or not
DescriptionPlease check and report whether we have numpy available to ParaView. This is important, since the Find Data dialog depends on numpy. Please report this for the client, as well as the server - especially remote server.

One idea would be to add an entry to Help/ About. Another would be to write a warning - only one time - to the Output messages dialog - and do so for debug and release builds. Or, do both!

The path to Python, and numpy, wouldn't be a bad thing to have in the About ParaView screen either. I keep finding that Python is coming from the system (and is ancient), where I thought I used my own Python.

Please do this for 4.2. This is a major pain in the ...

Very nice! I immediately found that I don't have the same versions of numpy client/server.

Tested master, remote server, Linux.
