Summary0014371: Turn off "Automatically rescale transfer functions to fit data" when supplying a custom range
DescriptionThe features for supplying a custom range to the color map and automatically rescaling used to be mutually exclusive. They no longer are. Now when you supply a custom range, if you are not very careful your custom range will go away as soon as you do something else (like add a filter). To see this in action, do the following.

1. Load disk_out_ref.ex2. Load all variables. Apply.
2. Color by Pres
3. Open the Color Map Editor
4. Click Rescale to custom range
5. Set range from 0 to 0.01. Make sure the color map is updated.
6. Add Extract Surface filter. Apply.

After step 6, the custom range we entered has been obliterated. This is surprising behavior. To make the behavior more predictable, the "Automatically rescale transfer functions to fit data" option should be deselected when a custom range is entered. This deselection should happen after "Rescale" in the Set Range dialog. If the user hits cancel, then the automatically rescale option should remain the same.
