Summary0014228: Inconsistent names in Edit Color dialog box
DescriptionIn the Edit Color dialog box I see several inconsistencies in the naming of GUI widgets in that widgets that do the same thing have different names. Here are the examples I found, and they all should be made to be the same.

* In non-advanced mode there is a "Use Log Scaling" checkbox. It is called "Use Logarithmic Scale" in advanced mode.
* In non-advanced mode there is an "Automatic Color Scaling" checkbox. It is called "Automatically Rescale to Fit Data Range" in advanced mode.
* In non-advanced mode there are line edit widgets to enter the minimum and maximum values of the scalar range. In advanced mode these are just labels and you have to click "Rescale Range" to change them. It seems to me that the "Rescale Range" button should be removed and advanced mode should have the same line edit widgets.
* In the main GUI window, the buttons to bring up the Edit Color dialog box are labeled "Edit Color Map" but the dialog box itself has the title "Color Scale Editor". It seems to be the dialog box should be titled "Edit Color Map".

 Ken, are you using the old Color Editor (aka editor in 4.0)? Can you update to latest git-master.

 Ken, are you using the old Color Editor (aka editor in 4.0)? Can you update to latest git-master. The new Color Editor doesn't have these discrepancies.

 I am looking at the last release (4.0). The naming looks more consistent in master.
