 Fixed crash (Bug 14018) when opening spcth data in spreadsheetview.
    
    The spreadsheetview is dynamically delivering blocks of data to the view based on
    what is viewable on client, and the underlying
    vtkBlockDeliveryPreprocessor is mis-handling the hierarchical type of data
    while updating metaday for selection. Corrected that.
